I began painting and drawing when i was young, graduated college with a BA in Art and Design and didn't pick up a paintbrush after that for about 20 years. My dear artist friend, Lucia sparked something in me, encouraged me to start again. I did, and now I spend much of my painting time working on dogs.

Imagination is forward thinking, reflection, brainstorming, daydreaming, escape, discovery. It can be exciting, funny, sad, ridiculous, serene, hopeful and cathartic. To me its everything.
